The Evanston Shelter For Battered Women and Their Children provides the information, support and resources that those who experience domestic violence need to feel empowered to take control of their lives and to live a violent-free future and aims to challenge cultural tolerance for violence against women and children through community, education and public policy advocacy. They provide a crisis intervention phone line, shelter, and counseling programs for women and for children.
